How does the onboarding program work?

Each year, we recruit recent college graduates to join our onboarding group based in Miami, FL. These individuals rotate through the different departments and divisions within Emphasys and get firsthand industry and business experience. We then place them in the department that is the best fit for them according to their strengths and interests.
